Saturday School Summit Independent School Summit
Child`s Expectations:
The opinions and views of our students are very important to us. To find out what they expect of Summit we asked them:
They want:
  • To be challenged
  • To meet new friends that are like themselves
  • A friendly atmosphere
  • Teachers that are specialists
  • Support and help when they need it
  • To achieve high grades
  • To be more confident
  • Competitiveness
  • Teachers that are easy to talk to

Summit provides all these and more. We meet the expectations of our students and work continuously to make them feel happy, comfortable and cared for.

... Many of our former students are now at leading grammar and independent schools ...

Jocelyn`s story

"For all of those thinking about Saturday school for your child or children, don`t think about it any longer - just do it.

I made that decision and now my daughter has just been offered a place at Royal Russell School and this is because of the encouragement and confidence she has received in the year she has been attending Summit. The ability was there and it was enhanced by her teachers here.

It was an easy decision for me to make as I believe that a good education is something that is essential to the children of today.

All of us feel that we have a child who is bright and is able to achieve his or her goals in education - I did, but it was extremely hard for me to see the progress she was making at school alone. When she started Summit, after a few weeks even her school teacher noticed the improvement in her work.

In life - when you have children you will always need to make some sort of sacrifice - mine was to spend the money I would have spent on 'non essential items' and put it towards helping my daughter to reach her full potential in education. I believe the sacrifice I made was the best I have made in my daughter’s life.

If you believe in your child, make that sacrifice the rewards are great. My daughter has made me so proud of her achievement and it is definitely with the help she has received and still receives at Summit Saturday School." Jocelyn
